Julia helped me find my dream house in Beech Hill and sold my house in Edgemont. I was so happy to have her assistance every step of the way. I highly recommend her.
We looked at many houses together and I felt no pressure in making a hasty decision. She emphasized that I should take my time and I might not find my ideal property quickly. Each house seemed to bring us closer to working this out. Then she called and told me that my dream house was coming on the market. We should see it before this happened and so could avoid a bidding war. She negotiated and I had the deal before the open house. Well, Julia was right and it is the perfect house for me, I smile every day thinking about it.
When it came to putting mine on the market, I had no hesitation in asking her. I had loved the way she always saw the attractive features of a property, her positive energy and willingness to be available whenever needed. She was realistic about pricing my home which was on a busy corner, but I always felt she understood and reciprocated my love of my former house. A colleague of hers helped stage it and it sold quickly-for more than my asking price! Selling is an emotional business, but Julia was with me every step of the way. She explained all the steps so I was aware of possible pitfalls.
