I did not buy a house from Julia Ricciuti, yes you read correctly! And this is why I’m writing a review on Julia. Last year I met Julia at an open house and I knew right away that this woman was a powerhouse of agent. After a few showings she found the perfect house for my wife and I in the Scarsdale area. I went as far as to get the house inspected and one day away from signing the contract. The next day I got a call from Julia giving me the bad news that there was a massive Culvert pipe that ran under the property. A culvert pipe can be extremely costly to fix if it breaks and the home owner is always responsible. Julia took time from her busy schedule to go to the building department to get the plans. Now…. any other agent would have probably kept this to themselves in order to make the sale, but not Julia. She is truly a good honest and professional agent, she truly cares for what’s best for the client. Unfortunately I ended up buying a house directly from an owner later that year. If you are looking to buy in the Scarsdale/Tuckahoe/Eastchester or any other Westchester area for that matter You are not going to find a more caring and honest agent, see for yourself…..she has the most listings in the area, That should speak for itself.
